 Exhibitor Information
Thank you for exhibiting in the 2007 Greater Knoxville Business Journal Business & Technology Expo presented by the Knoxville Chamber. Below is some information to help you maximize this opportunity.
Payment
Your booth must be paid for prior to move-in. You will not be permitted to set-up your booth if the account is not settled. Once you submit your booth contract, you will receive an invoice.
Rules and Regulations
Make sure you are familiar with the exhibitor rules and regulations for the show by downloading the "Rules & Regulations" document.
Exhibitor Seminar
The Expo has partnered with the professionals at Exhibitor Source by Skyline to offer a free seminar entitled "Maximize Your Trade Show ROI" to all Expo exhibitors under contract prior to October 3rd. The seminar will be held October 10, 2007 from 2:30 - 5:00 PM at the Knoxville Chamber office. The class is perfect for all businesses, large or small, that want to learn how to make the most of their trade show opportunities.
Move-In
Move-In will take place on Wednesday, November 7, between 11 AM - 6 PM. All exhibitors must be moved in and set-up by 6:00 PM. If you need to change the time you indicated on your booth contract for move-in, please call Lori Fuller at 865.246.2605. Click here to download the "Move-In/Move-Out Procedure" document.
Accessories
You will be provided with the following accessories for your booth:
- 8-foot Draped Backdrop
- 3-foot Draped Side Rails
- 6-foot Draped Table
- Waste Basket
- Carpeting
- Two Chairs
- 7" x 44" Identification Sign
Any additional items can be ordered directly through Shepard Exposition Services by filling out the accessory form and faxing it to the Shepard contact indicated on the form.
Services
Orders for electricity, telecommunications and wireless internet must be placed with the Knoxville Convention Center. The show producers will not be providing either of these services.

Wireless Internet
The Knoxville Convention Center is now capable of providing wireless internet on the show floor. The cost per computer is $5.95 per hour or $15.95 per day and it can be purchased on site the day of the show with a credit card, or you may download the wireless internet order form here.
Tickets
Each exhibitor will receive 50 tickets to distribute to employees and clients. Help us maximize the attendance for the Expo by distributing all 50. Each attendee will need a ticket to get in and they will cost $5 at the door. |
